Get some exercise in a program that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases endurance and promotes social interaction! Youth basketball utilizes beneficial exercises such as running, jumping and lateral movement. Participating in basketball using these exercises will increase self esteem and promotes physical fitness!
Team basketball for 4th and 5th graders with the birth dates between 9-1-01 and 9-1-03, and any 5th graders born 6/1/01-8/31/01. Games against other MPRB teams on Saturdays. Practice days and times TBA.
