These workouts combin short bursts of running with full body, dynamic strength exercises. A mixture of sports inspired cardio and strength conditioning exercises are used to challenge you to become stronger, leaner, and all-around fit. This challenging workout prepares you for the demands of other running-related workouts like long runs, tempo runs and speed work while minimizing injury risk. Exercises will be adapted so they fit your fitness level. Move to the next level with this unique class.

The Tri Faster Run Circuit is led by Tri Faster Coaches Larry Garner and Lauren Jensen, PT. Larry is the Head Cross Country and Head Track and Field Coach at MSOE. He has over 35 years of experience coaching strength training and running. Larry is a cutting edge coach who is always current with the latest training techniques. Lauren is an elite triathlete and a physical therapist from Muskego WI. She has been coaching triathletes since 1993 and knows a bit about going fast herself - she has won over 100 multi-sport events and has run a 3:02 marathon.
