About This Activity

"Meditation in Motion" is just one of the ways to describe Tai Chi, with its slow, graceful movements, has been shown to improve strength and aid in stability. The body is in constant motion, while relaxing and breathing allows chi (energy) to flow. This class focuses on learning the Yang Style 64 Moves; promoting good health, body balance, coordination, and calmness. Students will be introduced to Level 2 108 movements.
