Yoga- Continuing Purna (Fall 2)

About This Activity

Class is for students with at least six-months of prior yoga experience.  Continue to build your strength and flexibility through a deeper learning of yoga.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat. Please, no heavy meal prior to class.

Instructor: Elisabetha Sekine has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and is certified at the 2000 hours level in Purna Yoga. She offers safe, alignment-based yoga that unfolds from the inner connection and brings a feeling of peace and joy to the whole being.
