Yoga- Beginning Purna (Fall 2)

About This Activity

This class is for new and returning students.  You?ll be taught the basic yoga postures and simple meditation techniques. Yoga is a great way to build strength and flexibility, to bring awareness to alignment and to release tension by relaxing the mind. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat.  Please, no heavy meal prior to class.

Sekine has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and is certified at the 2000 hours level in Purna Yoga. She offers safe, alignment-based yoga that unfolds from the inner connection and brings a feeling of peace and joy to the whole being.
