Grab your gear, put on your running shoes, and join the fun!!! The Miami Galloway Marathon/Half Marathon Training Program can help you accomplish your goal of crossing the finish line !!!!
Target Marathon and Half Marathon
This year we will be targeting the Wine and Dine half marathon, Disney marathon/half marathon, and the Miami ING Marathon and Half Marathon. Join us this season to cross the Finish Line!!

At 7:00 AM we will meet for a short group run following a brief introduction of the group leaders and training methods !!

The training fee is non-refundable. Requests for refunds are considered for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a physician's letter. They must be submitted prior to the half-way point in the training seasion. A $25 processing fee will be retained.
About Jeff Galloway's Training ProgramsThe Galloway Training Program is open to anyone who is interested in fulfilling a lifetime goal: to run a marathon, half marathon, 10K, 10 miler or just get started. The training group welcomes all levels, from beginners to Boston qualifiers. Pace groups are set up to ensure a comfortable and safe training pace for every ability. This low mileage run/walk program will prepare people for an incredible achievement.
