Let Janette Wiseman RYT/ACE be your guide in Yoga Beginner Basics. This class is for anyone new to yoga or who wants a refresher course. Discover basic alignment principles, proper breathing techniques and basic poses. Feel safe and confident in learning poses using a chair, wall or your own body weight. Yoga is a wonderful method to reduce stress, regenerate, gain flexibility and strength. Learning to combine breath with movement, you will notice an uptake of energy and agility in your daily life. Where comfortable clothes, bring a mat and a blanket. This is a 2 week session
