Basic Field Skills course for returning Cadets who have completed our Cadet Basic Training. Success in the military, academic or corporate environment is largely based on teamwork and communication skills. These are the fundamental traits of any good leader. The Cadet Field Leader Course (CFLC) is a two-week basic leadership program, based on the Army's Warrior Leader Course. Cadets are exposed to leadership traits and principles, while also working to develop an awareness of how they fit into a team. This is a heavily field-based program, with teamwork exhibited in a fire team, squad and platoon environment. CFLC attendees must have previously graduated from Cadet Basic Training or an equivalent program approved by the Admissions Officer. This course is also ideal for Cadets of other programs (Civil Air Patrol, JROTC, Young Marines, Etc.) who have completed at least a one-week residential basic training style program. NOTE: There are NO REFUNDS for any Cadet or recruit who drops-out, fails to meet the performance standards or returns home for ANY reason.
