Class size is limited to eight participants to enable us to video record and provide detailed feedback to each participant every week of the program. It is designed for those who know that swimming form is something that is holding them back. Beginner and Intermediate swimmers will see the most dramatic improvements. If you race, improving your form can substantially improve your finish time and place. we suggest everyone come to class already able to swim 3 - 4 laps of the Crawl/Freestyle stroke, regardless of speed or form. There are frequent rests to ensure your best form during the drill sets so don't worry if your endurance isn't as strong as you'd like. And, to see improvements each week, you should be able to practice at least one additional time outside of class. Each person will be provided with a detailed write-up of the drills they are to work on.
In this class you will see yourself on screen every week. You will discover how gratifying it is to see your hard work pay off with improvements in form, ease, and speed.
