10 weeksEach week we will focus on a different part of the stroke with drills and exercises, then combine those skills with lap swims focused on technique. In addition, we will provide one or two workouts and drills for you to do on your own so you maintain a good feel for the water in-between classes. At the end of this class you'll feel much more comfortable in the water, much more in control of your swimming, and much, much faster.
Folks looking to participate in this program MUST already be able to comfortably swim 2 lengths of the pool in some semblance of the freestyle/crawl stroke (regardless of speed, or lack thereof) and be able to tread water.
Dates: April 28th thru July 7th with NO class May 26th for Memorial Day weekend.BR>
