10 weeksIncorporating regular track workouts into your training schedule is a highly effevctive way to increased speed. Our weekly workouts are designed to increase foot speed and improve speed and efficiency through various track drills and structured intervals. These workouts will get you running significantly out of your comfort zone, so be prepared to do some hard work!
Because this is an intermediate-advanced level class, participants must be able to run a 30 minute 5-K or faster to participate. This class is a great next step for folks who have already completed JackRabbit's "Targeted Training for a Faster Finish" class, and the schedule is also a terrific preparation for any late spring or early summer road race or triathlon.
