JackRabbit Indoor Cycling Program Fall Section
The indoor cycling program is an opportunity to become a much better rider over the winter and see dramatic improvements going into next year.
The Multi-rider system allows up to 8 bikers at a time to ride various ?virtual courses?, with the Computrainer load generator simulating changes in elevation in the course profile, or interval workouts that deliver exactly the right intensity individually for each rider. The program includes drills to help you develop specific cycling skills, such as pedal efficiency and technique, as well as endurance, power output and leg strength.
Winter is a great time for cyclists and triathletes to go back to basics and focus on improving form and cycling technique while building endurance and strength. Why miss a workout because of bad weather? Training on the Computrainer allows you to concentrate on developing good pedaling skills and cycling fitness without the hassle of freezing temperatures, icy roads and shorter daylight hours. Don?t let the competition get ahead of you this winter. Join us for this indoor Computrainer program to become a better cyclist and get ready for your best season ever! This 7 week program runs Mondays, 6:30 -7:45pm. Appropriate for riders of all fitness and experience levels.
