This is Kansas' fastest road race, with record times of 4:07 for men and 4:29 for women posted in the last two years. Come see how fast you can run a point-to-point mile. The course is normally flat down Poyntz Avenue, but due to road construction, this event will be downhill starting at 7 p.m. from Manhattan High School's west campus.

Participants may choose to park at Manhattan High School's west campus and jog back after the race; or park at the east campus and do your warm-up jog to the starting line. Transportation between start and finish is not provided.
Chip timing is provided by the Manhattan Cross Country Club using the IPICO electronic chip system. All participants MUST wear the chip provided with registration on their shoe. Chips will be collected in the finish chute.
Medals will be awarded to top finishers in elite and citizen's divisions. The awards ceremony, pizza and fun will take place at Manhattan High School's east campus, near the finish line, immediately following the conclusion of the elite men's and women's races.
Prize money will be awarded to the top finishers in the elite men's and women's races. More details will be provided when available.
