About This Activity

This 45 minute cardio class is an exciting infusion of hip hop, aerobics, capoeira and Muay Thai kickboxing.  Each class is set to perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music, perfect for both the beginner or advanced student.  Class is taught by a certified Turbokick instructor.  Please bring mat, water, and towel.
