1-2-3 GO!  Get moving...Be motivated to be healthy.  Feel energized, lose weight and keep it off with  the support of a group.  Change your body and mind, develop healthy habits, reach optimal health.  In each 1 hour class you will move your body to the beat of energizing music, burn calories, increase matabolism, strenghten muscles and stretch your body.  Feel good and be motivated to make exercise a part of your life.  You will learn simple tips and strategies to help with weight loss that can fit into your lifestyle.  Behaviors will be reinforced each week.  The end result being a healthier, happier you.  Bring a floor mat, water, and dynaband.
