Yoga Involves a series of poses designed to strengthen your core and align your bones and muscles. The different Asanas, poses, will be held for varying amounts of time and can be modified for different fitness levels. Yoga can increase your flexibility, range of motion, and strength, as well as enhance your balance, leaving you with a higher fitness level and reduced risk of injuries. Please bring a mat to class.
