What's Included

Learn how to cook! Learn valuable cooking skills in a fun environment that will help you in the kitchen and for the rest of your life. Learn cooking techniques to start getting comfortable in the kitchen and beginning to cook. Each session covers a different topic. Due to the need to buy supplies, registration closes one week prior to the start of the session. Session 2: Week 1: Pizza! Pizza! From raw dough to hot pizza Week 2: Tortellini-Kids will be stuffing pasta from scratch and then sampling their creations. Week 3: Pizza for dessert-Alternative pizza including apple pie and others. Week 4: Action Alfredo-Demonstration cooking-kids will help choose and prepare the ingredients for the chef. Instructor: Joe Bocchino, Dining Manager, SAGE Dining Time: Tuesdays, 3:45 p.m. - 4:45 p.m.
