Tri It or Du It at the Occoquan

About This Activity

Love triathlons, but hate the swim? Well, tri this race. We’ve taken everybody’s least favorite part of the race, and added a new challenge: kayaking. Athletes now kayak out to the Route 123 bridge and back instead of swimming. If you want to compete with a friend, try using a canoe.
