About This Activity

France Park is one of the original DINO courses, and one of the most unique. The course is about 7 miles long. It contains a variety of terrain, including a few bits of technical and rocky singletrack (one tough run-up hill) scattered into the abundance of super-fast wide trail and fire road. If you like to use your big chainring, this is your course! The park offers a swimming lake among its many other activities.

Pre-riding will begin Saturday after 1:00PM - Watch or join in the annual XTERRA DINO Triathlon Logansport Saturday morning starting at 9 am!

France Park will charge $3 per day on August 17-19 for mountain biking. This does include race day - you will be charged coming in for the race. (The normal price for mountain biking is $5 per day.) Also note, trails are closed on wet days – call in advance of your pre-ride trip!

Camping: Onsite at France Park (574)753-2928. First come-first served.

Directions: From Logansport , go west on US 24 four miles past US 35. France Park is on the south (left) side. After coming in the gate, go right toward the beach area. Use caution - the race course crosses this road. Observe all posted speed limits strictly.
