Hatha Yoga combines gentle physical postures (Asanas) with breathing exericises(Pranas) that stretch and strengthen the body and improve concentration of the mind. This class is designed for enjoyment and relaxation while learning new skills that will transfer to everyday life; thus increasing your reactivity, concentration and relaxation.
