About This Activity

AIKIDO Fundamentals

This Aikido class is for beginners to learn basics and fundamental techniques.  The student will be taught basic self-defense body exercises, movement, centering, positioning, and throwing techniques. Students will build confidence, respect, awareness, and coordination. The classes are twice a week, Mondays and Wednesdays for 4 week sessions.

Days: Mondays and Wednesdays
