Visualization and Relaxation

A combination of auto-hypnosis and meditation. This technique  will help you to awaken a state of mind of creative inspiration and personal insight bridging our capacity of being relaxed, detached and having more ability to consciously focus on new possibilities or solutions while releasing stress or negative emotions. You will increase positive emotion, good feelings and heart coherence. You will also learn to connect your inner-self and your inner-child. An amazing technique to know and use in your daily life.  Wear comfortable clothes (no dresses or skirts) and bring a bottle of water.
