Their ease of use and precision flight capability make them an excellent tool for experimentation. Students will learn the basic concepts of quadcopter construction and operation in this introductory course. Each student will assemble his or her own miniature quadcopter prior to receiving flight instruction. They will then construct obstacles to be used in a final challenge. Students will compete in a timed flight on the obstacle course they have designed to crown the “King of Quads”.
