The Gauntlet is a series of six to eight separately timed but consecutive challenges over a two-day period June 15-16 at Alum Creek State Park. The events are designed with a varying degrees of difficulty to test your complete fitness. Winners are determined by the combined performance in all events. Performance is judged on a point system in each event and not by finishing position achieved.
Why the Gauntlet
Have you conquered adventure races, mud runs, triathlons, or crossfit competitions and want to challenge yourself in a different way? The Gauntlet is unlike any run, multisport event, WOD, it is a fitness competition designed to test your overall fitness, endurance, strength, speed, agility and most of all your perserverance.
Participation is Limited
PARTICIPATION IS LIMITED TO a TOTAL OF 200 for The Guantlet. (2012 participation was over 200). Participation is unlimited for The Gauntlet 5K on Sunday, June 16.

100% of the proceeds from The Gauntlet go to the OSU Ross Heart Hospital for the treatment and prevention of heart disease.
