The 1st annual Father's Day weekend event will take place at Floyd Lamb State Park at Tule Springs...an oasis in the desert in northwest Las Vegas. It is formerly known as Tule Springs. Its history includes an early winter stopping point for Native Americans, and later a working ranch.
This event is not just for Dads!! Men, women, kids...the whole family is welcome to come out and participate in the event! It's a great way to kick off Father's Day weekend! :)
Scenic paths offer views of the Sheep Mountains and pass along historic shelters full of peacocks, geese and abundant wild life.
The nature paths take you along the lakes and shade trees of one of the oldest parks in Nevada.
There are many picnicking areas around the course for your friends and family to come out to support you and/or to have a Father's Day picnic after the race!
Every participant will receive a t-shirt and a finisher's medal!
There will be awards, music, food, prizes and lots of fun!
This event is benefiting “Keep Memory Alive”
