Silent Trails Memorial Trail Race

About This Activity

This is a 10 mile trail race in the Happy Jack Recreation Area of the Medicine Bow National Forest. Mostly run on single track, the course is a challenging, but beautiful trek through this unique area. This year we are going RETRO. No tokens (T-shirts etc), just a race to remember The Eight!

The Silent Trails Race honors and celebrates the lives of eight cross country athletes from the University of Wyoming that were killed by a drunk driver on September 16, 2001. Proceeds benefit the sport of running at the University of Wyoming, and/or memorials to 'The Eight'.

Fees
$5.00
