About This Activity

Do something different on a Friday night! Celebrate your healthy lifestyle by taking a 45-minute sampler class comprised of fitness kickboxing, Body Sculpt resistance training, and Ashtanga yoga. Kirk Waidell will present a seminar on the basics of clean eating, and we will have a mocktail bar plus some healthy snacks for you to enjoy. We also are pleased to welcome Sharon Motson, who is offering free post-workout massages, and Stephanie Baron, who is providing acupuncture relaxation treatments.
