Cranberry Trifest is one of the largest multisport weekends in the region featuring a sprint distance triathlon (0.5 mile swim/14 mile bike/3.1 mile run) and kids duathlon (0.5 mile run/0.8 mile bike/0.5 mile run) on Saturday, 8/24/13 and an olympic distance triathlon (0.9 mile swim/26 mile bike/6.2 mile run) on Sunday, 8/25/13. All events are based at the Ted Williams Camp in Lakeville, MA.
Sprint Tri Categories
- Individual (Open/Elite, Age Group, Athena, Clydesdale, Paratriathlete)
- Individual: Families, Friends and Beginners (you'll be timed and sent in your own wave together, but will not be eligible for awards)
- Relay teams (Female, Male and Mixed)
Olympic Tri Categories
- Individual (Open/Elite, Age Group, Athena, Clydesdale, Aquabike)
King and Queen of Cranberry Trifest
Athletes up for the challenge are invited to race BOTH the sprint and the olympic distance races. The male and female with the best combined time for these two races will be crowned the King and Queen of Cranberry Trifest 2013 and receive special awards and prizes from our sponsors.
Cranberry Kids Duathlon
The Cranberry Kids Duathlon is a run-ride-run event. Kids age 5-14 run approximately 0.5 miles, then ride along offroad trails for about 0.8 miles and then run the same 0.5 mile run course onto the finish. ALL KIDS MUST WEAR A HELMET WHEN ON THEIR BIKE AND BIKES WITH TIRES THAT CAN HANDLE RIDING OVER GRASS, GRAVEL, TREE ROOTS AND ROCKS ARE REQUIRED. The bike course is all off road. This is intended to be a fun event. All participants will receive an overall time, but age group awards will not be distributed.

Race management reserves the right to alter or cancel all or part of the race due to inclement weather, acts of God or other unforseen circumstances that threaten the safety of participants or are out of our control. In the event of cancellation a partial credit towards the 2014 Patriot Half would be offered.Event schedule and times
