There will be no race day registration.
If you are running on behalf of a charitable organization (i.e. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, etc.), or are traveling with a contracted tour operator/travel provider, please contact the charity or tour operator for specific registration instructions.
10-Miler: You must be 12 years of age or older.
5K: All ages are welcome to participate. Each participant must be able to complete the 5K on their own.
Kids Races: Children 13 and under can participate in the 1-Mile. Other runDisney Kids Race distances are determined by age group.
All athletes entering the The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror 10-Miler or 5K must maintain a 16-minute per mile pace or faster throughout the entire race. Anyone not able to maintain a 16-minute per mile pace may be picked up & transported to the finish. You may be picked up at any point along the course for not maintaining a 16-minute per mile pace.
We suggest you train for a 15-minute per mile pace or faster to allow time for breaks (restroom breaks, photo opportunities, etc).
Proof of Time
If you believe you will finish the 10-Miler in less than 2 hours, proof of time is required for start corral placement.

Acceptable Proof of Time
If you do not have a proof of time to submit, list "N/A" at the point of registration. If proof of time is not provided by July 1, 2014 you will be placed in the last start corral. If your proof of time data is incomplete or cannot be verified, you will be placed in the last start corral. To provide or update your proof of time, you must email all proof of time data requested above to email@example.com. No corral changes will be made after July 1, 2014.
Proof of Time Example
Proof of time must be provided from a certified race reflecting results after October 1, 2012.
A valid proof of time provided at the time of registration must include the following*:

Athletes with Disabilities
To register as part of the Hand Cycle Exhibition or request accommodations for athletes with disabilities, please contact runDisney at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to completing the registration process.
For the safety of yourself and the other participants, baby joggers, strollers, baby carriers, baby backpacks, inline skates, motorized scooters, bicycles, skateboards, canes, crutches, walkers, walking sticks and animals of any kind are prohibited from the course. If you are seen in violation of one of these you will be removed from the course and transported to the finish. Headphones are discouraged due to audio messages that are placed throughout the course to ensure your safety.
