Zumba is an aerobic exercise class that fuses Latin rhythms (Disco, Reggaeton-Cumbia, Conga Hip-Hop, Merengue Hip-Hop, Reggaeton-Belly Dance, Techno and Salsa) with a highly effective cardio training system that is fun and easy to do.
