This class covers yoga breathing and relaxation techniques, introducing different poses and movements for flexibility, strength, and peace of mind. We will begin with the basics and progress to more challenging movements and poses. Both beginning and ongoing students are welcome. Participants should wear comfortable clothing, bring blanket(s)/towel(s) and a mat. *NO CLASS 9/3 and 9/17.
