Vote for the 2008 LaxPower Fan Awards
Provided by LaxPower
Now that the regular season has come to an end, it is time to reflect on the outstanding performances and careers from some of the best athletes in the country.
LaxPower.com is pleased to announce the
second annual Fan Awards. These awards are designed to acknowledge excellence and achievement in the world of Division I men's and women's lacrosse. We have nominated three Division I senior men's and women's finalists for each position as well as three freshmen for the
Rookie of the Year award and three coaches for the
Coach of the Year award.
It's now up to you to review the ballot nominees and vote online for the players and coaches you feel are most deserving of the awards. Visit
www.laxpower.com/vote to select your choices for the Fan Awards. Voting opens today and runs through Saturday, May 10th.
As a thank-you for participating, all voters will be entered into a drawing to receive some great prizes:
- First Prize: Two winners will each receive two tickets to the Division I Finals, either men's or women's.
- Second Prize: Twenty winners will receive a LaxPower t-shirt.
We will also give away a limited number of tickets to the Fan Awards Ceremonies to be held in Baltimore on Thursday, May 22 and in Boston on Sunday, May 25. Be sure to select which event you are interested in attending to enter a separate drawing.
