Additional Information
Register your child according to his/her grade. Team grouping will be dependent on the number of registered players. Players playing up or down a division will be dependent on AYLA Board discussion, group participants, and parent consent.
18 y/o will be able to play as long as they are in the senior year of high school.
All players must be a current US Lacrosse member to continue with this registration. To register or renew go to
www.uslacrosse.org/membership Fees; $25 youth/$35 high school. Membership will need to be valid through 5/31/12 once games begin.

Players are required to have their own equipment.
For Boys:
Colored Mouth Guard
Helmet
Gloves
Elbow Pads
Shoulder Pads
Stick
For Girls:
Colored Mouth Guard
Goggles
Stick
Other equipment required: Sneakers or Cleats (recommended), and Protective Cup for boys. Equipment is available locally at Cardinal Sports in Kapahulu (735-1699) and Sports Gear Warehouse Windward Mall (234-7463). Call for shop hours.
