Lose weight and get toned through a cardiovascular workout while dancing to the beat of salsa, merengue, bachata, cha-cha and more. Class begins with a full body warm-up. Calisthenics is a major part of the program. Workouts can be adjusted for students with low-impact needs. We will discuss the dos and dont's of exercise and meal intake. First part of the class includes a blend of Latin dances, boxing and more. The second half will include work with small, light weights. Please bring light hand weights, towel, water bottle, tennis shoes and comfortable workout clothes.
