Yoga for Us All

About This Activity

This course will begin with gentle stretching exercises, introduction to postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation.  We start on the floor on our backs, move to sitting and then standing asanas.  Yoga is an ancient practice which helps to tone the body and calm the mind.  With increased strength and flexibility, yoga can be the path to a healthy more balanced life.  All levels are welcome.  Please bring a yoga mat.
