About This Activity

Pilates is a conditioning system of exercises that helps build flexibility and long. lean muscles, strenght and endurance in the legs, abdonimals, arms, hips, and back.  It focuses on developing a strong core or center (tones abdonimals while strengthening the back), and improving coordination and balance.  Different levels of difficulty will be presented so this class is suitable for beginner as well as for advanced students.
