Awesome mud run on both the General Shale and Domtar properties, with a run up and down historic Cement Hill in downtown Kingsport, and a splash in the famous mud pit at the finish. Burgers and hot dogs served post-race. Stick around for the OctoberFest beer festival going on all day in Kingsport. The Mud Run will be electronically timed by We Run Events using the latest B-tag technology!

Register prior to 9/26 to guarantee a shirt (sizes not guaranteed), all registrants after 9/26 will receive shirts as available.

The Mud Pit!
Are you ready to get dirty? The course is a challenging but very fun journey on General Shale and Domtar properties, up and down Cement Hill with several obstacles along the way. You must complete each obstacle. Course monitors will assist those who need help. You will finish by crawling through the famous mud pit! Leave those brand new running shoes at home!
Team categories are male, female, coed, high school, and ROTC. Teams must be made up of 4 team members with the time of the 4th (slowest) team member as the team score. Therefore, team members should work together as a group to help all members through the course. This is in the true spirit of the Marines - No man (or woman) left behind!
