Just like Mom & Dad's Boot Camp, this is a fun boot camp style fitness class for kids ages 5-12. Kids have fun with obstacle courses & drills designed for their age and development level. Every class is different to keep their interest and to provide challenge and fun so they learn that FITNESS IS FUN!!!Can you only attend Tuesdays or Thursdays? No problem!A water bottle and towel are recommended.
