Water aerobics is an excellent non-impact way to build strength, reduce body fat and increase flexibility. These classes will use resistance tools that include stretch bands, dumb bells, water weights and noodles. Because of the low impact format, aqua aerobics classes are suitable for every fitness level. Everyone is welcome. Participants are encouraged to use water shoes.
