The exercises in this class are a fusion of Pilates, Yoga in motion, calisthenics and stretching done in a rhythmic, controlled fashion to music -- with adaptations for different levels of ability. Performed regularly, these exercises can help rebalance your muscular structure and improve overall health. Join anytime during a session (fee will be pro-rated). Supplies: Participants will need to bring a cushioned exercise mat with a non-slip surface. Attire: Loose-fitting exercise clothing (no shorts).
