Tuesday February 25, 2014 March 4 March 11 March 18 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM // Kettle bells date their existence to the Russian military in the previous centuries. Today we use the kettle bell to teach proprioception, balance and core strength. Kettle bells are used or functional training and are an effective tool for increasing cardiorespiratory capacity and and strength gains. Students will learn kettle bell training techniques and how to apply them to integrated fitness programs for their clients. // Please note: this class is part of an existing personal training program and is being offered as a continuing education opportunity. You will be in a class with personal training students. // IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION: The deadline for registering is Thursday February 20, 2014 at 12:00 noon CST.
