June 17, 19, 24, 26 July 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29 August 5, 12, 19, 23 Every Class is 6:00pm-10:00pm except for the Saturday class which is 2:00pm-6:00pm // Corrective Exercise Specialist As an NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) you’ll help clients and athletes prevent injuries, reduce movement deficiencies, improve muscle imbalances, and maximize results by creating safe, individualized training programs by identifying dysfunctions, developing a plan of action, and implementing corrective exercise solutions. Note: This class is part of an already existing personal training program. You will be in class with personal training students. // IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION The registration deadline for this class is Thursday June 12, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. CST. Cancellations made after this date/time will not be refunded. // REQUIRED TEXT This course has a required textbook that the student will need to acquire separately. The text is titled Essentials of Corrective Exercise. This book can be purchased through WellSpring for $75.99.
