Individual Entry Fee for 5K Run or Walk
$25 through November 15, $30 November 16-27, $35 on Race Day
Applicants can register during packet pickup at the Pilgrim Chapel Wednesday, November 27 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM and Thursday, November 28 from 7:30 to 8:45 AM.
Mail in forms can be found at www.pilgrimrun.org and on the back of the Pilgrim Run rack card.
2 or 3 person teams will receive a 5 percent discount per person and 4 or more person teams will receive a 10 percent discount per person. Discounts will be given during the registration process.
Team Captain Registration Process
The Team Captain will have to fill out information as the Captain and as a member of the roster.
Only runners will receive a timing chip in their race packet. If a walker wants a chip time they should sign up as a runner.
Children's Pilgrim Dash
Entry Fee is $12 per child. The dash will be run in four heats. The under 4 year olds and the 5-6 year olds will run 100 yards. The 7-8 and 9-10 year olds will run 200 yards. The Dash heats will start about 10:15 AM. All Dashers will receive a long sleeve T-Shirt.
Guarantee Date for T-shirts
T-shirts will be not guaranteed for 5K or Dash applicants if registration is after November 20.
Dogs and Strollers
Dogs will not be allowed at this event. Strollers will not be allowed in the 5K Run, but can be used in the 5K Walk.
Runners, Walkers, and Volunteers can park in the Notre Dame de Sion parking lot. Access is from Locust St. in the 3800 block. Be aware that access will be closed at 8:45 am and cars will not be allowed to leave until about 9:30 am since the lot is inside the race course. Parking is also available in the parking structure just south of Armour Blvd on Gillham Rd. Access will be from Gillham Rd.
There will be awards for the overall male and female winner and for the male and female Master's winners. There will also be medals for first, second, and third place for male and female age divisions.
