If you're able to run/walk a 5K we will take you to the feat of a 1/2 Marathon. We are following a run/walk program during this 12 week training session that starts on January 16th 2013 and goes to the Gazelle Girl 1/2 Marathon on April 13th 2013. Our program will not only offer twice a week run meet-ups but also a weekly core training from certified personal trainers. We want to get you to the start line stronger and healthier than when you began. Let's Run!
We will hold 2 weekly run meet-ups and a Hips and Core training session once per week. You will have access to a physical therapist once a week and have 3 group sessions with a registered dietician.
