Aqua Aerobics

About This Activity

Each class is centered on a 25-30 minute aerobic workout and includes muscle toning for arms, stomach, hips and legs, along with flexibility and relaxation exercises. The program stresses going at your own pace. All exercises can be performed either high or low impact. You decide how hard you want to work. Ages: 12-99+ Instructor: Millie Knee.
