About This Activity

Format:10-minute swim (lap pool)30-minute bike (e-spinners in fitness center)20-minute run (treadmill)10-minute limit for pool to spin bike transition. 5 minute limit for bike to treadmill transition.Distances will be recorded for each discipline. Winner will be decided based on points scoring system.Each competitor will be assigned a start time. No prior triathlon experience required.Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.
