About This Activity

In this instructional course you will learn a new lifestyle-a new you!  Transitions Lifestyle System is a comprehensive program based on the glycemic index and designed to help you achieve your weight loss goals and become healthier overall.  This is a two-part, 12-week course; Transitions 1 (6 weeks) & Transitions 2 (6 weeks).  Weigh-in times: 8am, 5:45pm, 9:30am & 7:15am.
