About This Activity

Come get pumped and sculpt your body at the same time! This class features two segments of body sculpting. Class will consist of a variety of changeup routines to help you burn fat from within. There will be reps of 60 seconds per exercise and you are on the move! It's a technique that encourages quality reps instead of rushed reps, and soothing short stretches. You will work thermogenics to burn fat from within, tone, lose weight, and gain strength and conditioning. We will work upper and lower body and abs. You will be motivated because you will see great results! Participants will need a set of 3 lbs. weights for women and 8 lbs. weights for men, mat, towel, and bottle of water.
