How to Carb Load Limited seats remain for Ye Olde Pasta Party on Saturday, May 16.  Feature entertainment includes motivation from Olympian, Congressman and record holder Jim Ryun, music from the Fife and Drums and Marine Corps-style anthem and color guard. How to get to the Start Shuttle buses bring runners and spectators from the commuter lot located off I-95 at exit 133B (Route 17) to the start line, as well as take spectators between Central Park shopping center and downtown Fredericksburg and between Gordon Shelton Parkway and Hanover Street downtown. How to Navigate the Course The Historic Half course includes six water points, two medical aid stations, a food station and many Fredericksburg landmarks.  Print the course map or preview the run with a turn-by-turn course description. How to Check Results The first 4,000 Historic Half finishers receive a finisher coin provided by Marine Federal Credit Union after crossing the finish line.  Finisher results and split time information will be accessible through the Historic Half website beginning on event day.
