The Marine Corps Marathon celebrates 35 years in 2010. Registration opens on April 7 for the 35th MCM to be held on October 31. Active duty discount begins on March 4. The MCM Run 2 Register 10K on March 27 offers guaranteed early access to all finishers. Find out if the MCM Expo Access Tour is visiting a marathon near you with special advance registration codes. Any 2009 runners who deferred to the 2010 MCM as well as members of the MCM Runners Club will be able to register for the 35th MCM between January 13 and April 6 --instructions will be emailed in January. |

2009 Marine Corps Marathon official finisher certificates are now available to be downloaded for printing from the Finisher Webpages. Certificates include individual runner’s time, overall place and overall gender place. An appreciation certificate for MCM Volunteers is also available for printing. |

At 1:51 p.m. on Sunday, October 25, the 400,000 runner in MCM history
reached the finish arch at the Marine Corps War Memorial. Judith Mosely from Triangle, VA earned recognition for this landmark finish
with a time of 5:39:49. Judith will receive a special plaque to commemorate her place in history. |

The new Crossroads 17.75K race to be held on June 12, 2010 will culminate at the National Museum of the Marine Corps in Prince William County, just outside the main gate of Marine Corps Base Quantico, known as the “Crossroads of the Corps.” The unique race distance commemorates the year the Marine Corps was founded and equates to 11.03 miles. |
